Order Status

Has my order shipped?
You will receive a notification and tracking number via email from FedEx®, our shipping service, that your package has shipped, and you will receive a follow-on notification of delivery.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Changes can be made on the day the order was placed by contacting customer service at gifts (at) bouldersbestorganics.com. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order can no longer be changed.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a notification and tracking number via email from FedEx®, our shipping service, that your package has shipped, and you will receive a follow-on notification of delivery. If you have any questions, please contact Fedex® at www.fedex.com or call 800.GOFEDEX with your tracking number.

My order never arrived.
You will have received notification via email from FedEx® letting you know your package shipped and a second notification indicating that your package has been delivered. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered,” please contact customer service at gifts (at) bouldersbestorganics.com for assistance.

An item or part is missing from my shipment.
If an item or part is missing from your shipment, please contact customer service at gifts (at) bouldersbestorganics.com within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Why is a product I received in my gift set different from the picture on the website?
Based on availability, Best Organics may on occasion substitute a similar product of equal or greater value.

My Account

How do I create an account?
1) Click the "My Account" link at the top right side of our home page.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Create a password. Please make a record in your personal files.

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our home page  to edit your account information.

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Shipping is based on final weight of the gift collection. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will see the correct shipping charge added to your cart.

I forgot my password.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our home page. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Request new password" Select. Enter you email and choose "E-mail new password" That link will send an email to you with your password.

How do I return my product?
Please contact customer service at gifts (at) bouldersbestorganics.com for more information on returning an item. Gift collections must be returned intact, following guarantee policies listed in Terms of Use.

I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at gifts (at) bouldersbestorganics.com within 72 hours of receiving the product.

What is your return policy?

When will my order ship?
You will receive a shipment confirmation via email when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our home page to print invoices.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.

How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?
To purchase a gift certificate for someone, click here. If you are the recipient of a gift certificate, enter your gift certificate code in the space provided at Checkout. The value of your gift certificate will automatically be applied to your purchase. Gift certificate value does not include cost of shipping and handling.

How do I use a coupon?
To apply your coupon credit, simply enter the coupon code the in space provided at Checkout and the coupon value will automatically be applied to your purchase. Coupon value does not include cost of shipping and handling.
