I love the holidays. I love the jingle jangle, the warm and cozy shops and cafes and the getting together of friends and families. But, what I love most about the holidays is the FOOD!

Tasty, organic, good-for-you but doesn’t taste like it’s good-for-you treats make my day. This holiday, I have decided that my family will give gifts that we are very excited to share with others. This month is Healthy Holiday Discovery time!

This means I say goodbye to high-fructose corn syrup and MSG and I give organic jams, candies and soaps that I know everyone will love. I do away with GMOs and overly processed foods and I give local, gourmet treats with ingredients I can pronounce.

If gift giving is truly meaningful, then I want to give loved ones things they can truly enjoy AND that reflect my values. Supporting USA-made, organic producers and famers helps me spread that extra holiday cheer.
